A Fauré Celebration
Following on from our collaboration with the Germany musicians, siniging the magnificent Verdi Requiem in Dunbar, Edinburgh and, for a few of us, Germany, it is mack to our main project for the year.
We are working hard to polish not only the famous Requiem, and the well known Cantique de Jean Racine but also the descriptive Le Ruisseau (The Stream) for Ladies’ voices and the Pavane. This piece is well known as a piano solo, but you will hear the dancers arguing amost themselves during the stately dance.
